As Senior UI/UX Designer at Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), I led the transformation of their mobile experiences to enhance the entire customer journey. Adhering to NCL's branding guidelines, I developed intuitive interfaces that streamlined pre-cruise planning, onboard activities, and post-cruise engagement. A key achievement was digitizing the daily activity newsletter, transitioning from paper to a dynamic digital format accessible via the NCL mobile app. This innovation provided guests with real-time updates and personalized itineraries, enriching their onboard experience. Additionally, I integrated features that allowed passengers to manage onboard services, address concerns, and plan future voyages seamlessly through the app. By aligning mobile platforms with NCL's website and marketing initiatives, I ensured a cohesive and user-friendly experience that elevated customer satisfaction and engagement.
