Norwegian Cruise Lines Mobile Applications – Travel & Cruise Planning
As one of the leads on an existing team, I helped spearhead the creation of a series of mobile applications for Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL). These apps were designed to elevate the travel experience, from pre-cruise planning to onboard activities and post-cruise engagement.
Research: Collaborated with the team to conduct user interviews and analyze travel behaviors, identifying key features for cruise planning and onboard experiences.
Wireframes: Played a key role in developing low-fidelity prototypes to map out user journeys, ensuring seamless navigation for travelers.
Testing: Led usability testing with NCL guests, refining app functionality and ensuring usability across diverse devices.
Design: Contributed to delivering an intuitive, visually rich interface that aligned with NCL's branding and enhanced the cruise experience.
Iteration: Partnered with stakeholders and the team to optimize features like itinerary planning, onboard activity booking, and post-cruise feedback tools.
The result was a series of user-centered mobile applications that improved customer satisfaction, streamlined cruise planning, and enhanced engagement at every stage of the journey.
