Cardiex - Mobile Application - Heart Health

As the Director of Product Development – Digital Health at CardieX, I led and developed a cross-functional team to create a mobile application designed to enhance cardiac health management. Central to this app was "Arty," an AI-driven assistant that analyzed users' daily routines to provide personalized guidance on activities and dietary choices, promoting optimal heart health. Arty delivered real-time metrics, including the "Arty Score," enabling users to monitor their cardiac status continuously. This innovative solution integrated seamlessly with CardieX's cardiovascular monitoring devices, offering a comprehensive, AI-powered approach to heart health management.

UI/UX Process:

  • Research: Led user interviews to uncover challenges in cardiac health management, ensuring the app addressed real user needs.

  • Wireframes: Supervised the development of low-fidelity prototypes to map user flows and interactions, laying the foundation for intuitive navigation.

  • Testing: Oversaw usability testing with target users to refine navigation and features, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.

  • Design: Collaborated with the team to create a visually engaging interface aligned with CardieX's branding, ensuring consistency and appeal.

  • Iteration: Worked closely with stakeholders to optimize the app for real-time health monitoring and actionable insights, ensuring it met both user needs and business objectives.

The result was a user-centered solution that enhanced cardiac health management, reflecting strategic leadership and effective team collaboration.
